Woodpeckers Stair Tread & Shelf Gauge - 2019

The Stair Tread and Shelf Gauge begins with two adjustable bevel ends that pivot in or out to align with adjacent walls. Its versatility lies in how the ends connect to the beam, allowing you to add sections as needed. This tool can create templates for shelves ranging from 17" to 64".One end features a sliding connector with a clamping knob, enabling you to adjust the gauge's length precisely. Extend the beam until both ends touch the walls, adjust the ends to match the wall angle, secure three knobs, and you have a perfect instant template.This tool excels in transferring templates to your stock. Unlike other commercial jigs or homemade designs, it offers two flip-over stops for a perfect edge reference. Simply mark your ends and make your cuts; the shelf, tread, or riser will fit perfectly.The adjustable bevel ends are machined from high-quality aluminum on CNC milling centers and clear anodized for protection and reduced friction. The extruded beam sections are also anodized, in our signature "Woodpeckers Red" color.The Stair Tread & Shelf Gauge comes complete with (4) 12" beam sections, (1) 6" beam section, two adjustable bevel ends, two edge flip-stops, and all necessary connecting bars and knobs. You can choose between a Woodpeckers molded plastic case or a Systainer, both with custom-fit foam liners for protection when not in use.Like all our products, the Woodpeckers Stair Tread & Shelf Gauge is made to order, precisely machined, and carefully inspected in our Strongsville, Ohio factory. Orders must be placed by Monday, July 1, 2019, as this tool will be retired from our product line once orders are filled. Delivery is scheduled for October, 2019.
